This is a great link for google search tips. TechTracer.com's article lists 10 search tips I'm sure you will find useful when looking for CAD resources. Here's an example. In the google search field type the following,

sketchup model table filetype:skp

It mostly works. The third item in the list is a picnic table, and it's a sketchup file that you can open, save, edit, etc. Try it and check out the 10 tips on TechTracer.
